We are seeking an enthusiastic go-getter Food and Beverage Attendant who will be responsible for delivering high-quality F&B services to guests while also supporting back-of-house operations. This role contributes to a smooth and efficient service environment by assisting with cashiering, cleaning, organizing, and support service when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet guests and deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage services

Take and process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and professionally

Operate POS systems and issue receipts

Handle cash responsibly and balance the cash drawer

Answer customer questions and resolve basic issues

Escalate customer complaints to management for resolution as needed

Serve food and beverages according to service standards
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas

Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and policies

Prepare and serve coffee, teas, and other beverages to recipe standards

Operate coffee machines and equipment

Assist with back-of-house tasks including:

Cleaning kitchen and storage areas

Dishwashing
-
Organizing stock, supplies, and equipment

Supporting food preparation areas as directed

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all time

Assist with opening and closing duties

Work closely with kitchen and service teams

Qualifications:

Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred

Cash handling experience required

Food Safety Certificate is preferred

Barista experience is a plus

Must be willing to assist in front and back of house duties

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to work well in a team environment

Good communication and customer service skills

Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and organization

Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Ability to work multiple locations within the Food Court and Restaurant

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
