F&B Supervisor

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor that will oversee daily food and beverage operations in both our Food Court and 007 Kitchen and Bar. This individual will ensure high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

All responsibilities listed are to support all Food Court locations and 007 Kitchen and Bar.  

• Supervise, train, and coach F&B team members 

• Oversee daily workstations and manager breaks and coverage  

• Support onboarding and ongoing training of staff 

• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and service quality  

• Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly  

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations 

• Monitor food preparation, handling, storage, and presentation 

• Conduct opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures  

• Ensure proper use and care of kitchen and service equipment  

• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction 

• Ensure accurate cash handling, POS usage, and daily reconciliations  

• Complete daily logs, temperature checks, and operation reports 

• Communicate operational updates to team members and management  

• Support temp and team member timekeeping and attendance tracking 

• Ensure food services are prepared for events including but not limited to making sure bars, buffets, or any food needed are stocked and ready.  

• Will assist with events (car shows, banquets, special events) when called upon 

• Enforce city and Dezerland Park Orlando policies 

• Complete additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications 

• 2-3 years experience in food service or hospitality experience preferred.  

• 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role in food service preferred. 

• Experience in supporting events, preferred  

• Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) 

• Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and Alcohol & Beverage Control (ABC) laws  

• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English 

• Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic 

• Must have experience in POS systems and cash-handling  

• Must possess excellent customer service skills 

• Ability to lift and carry up-to 40 pounds  

• Must be able to move about the facilities frequently  

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
