SUMMARY
Supports the Operations Manager in overseeing the operation of assigned attractions, providing guidance to Supervisors and hourly Team Members. Assists in maintaining departmental standards for Guest and Team Member satisfaction, financial performance, and safety. Acts as a bridge between the Operations Manager and frontline teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and the consistent execution of policies and standards.

Position Description
Assists the Operations Manager in the overall responsibility for operational effectiveness, guest experience, and team performance across assigned venues, focusing on efficiency and adherence to company standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operational Support:
Ensures the smooth operation of all assigned attraction venues by maintaining guest service standards, safety protocols, cleanliness, and show quality.
Communicates operational updates and concerns to the Operations Manager and other necessary parties.
- Guest & Team Member Experience:
Supports Supervisors in addressing guest issues and ensuring excellent guest relations.
Works to maintain high Team Member satisfaction and motivation, providing direct support and recognition as needed.
- Staff Scheduling & Oversight:
Assists with creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing labor costs.
Ensures all Team Members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Inventory & Supplies:
Assists in ordering and maintaining supplies, retail merchandise, and concession inventory.
Ensures accurate record-keeping for all inventory processes.
- Training & Development:
Supports the training of Team Members on operational procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Provides coaching and feedback to develop team performance.
- Administrative Tasks:
Completes daily operational reports for review by the Operations Manager and Senior Leadership.
Assists with cash handling, including till preparation, deposits, and adherence to cash-handling policies.
- Event Collaboration:
Partners with the Events Team to coordinate special events and ensure operational support for seamless execution.
- Additional Duties:
Performs other duties as assigned to support overall operations and guest experience.
Qualifications:JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Familiarity with entertainment or attraction operations, including POS systems and cash handling.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
1-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume entertainment or hospitality environment preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to walk, stand, lift, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
