What You’ll Do:
🔍 Research & Market Analysis
- Build and maintain profiles on potential acquisition targets
- Manage and update a cloud-based target database
- Analyze new markets and strategic growth opportunities
📊 Due Diligence & Integration
- Support live M&A transactions through project coordination and tracking
- Prepare due diligence materials for executive leadership
- Assist with integration efforts for newly acquired businesses
📈 Strategic Projects & Analysis
- Conduct industry, product, and company-level analysis
- Support key initiatives across DexKo’s M&A function
- Contribute to high-impact, ad hoc strategic projects
🤖 AI Strategy & Execution
- Help drive implementation of DexKo’s AI strategy
- Support AI project execution and deployment
- Build and test AI-driven solutions for business and M&A use cases
Who You Are:
- Current undergraduate student (Sophomore preferred)
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with interest in strategy, M&A, and emerging technologies like AI
