What You’ll Do
- Optimize Processes: Analyze and improve production workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Design & Implement: Develop and integrate advanced automation systems, robotics, and software solutions.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with cross-functional teams to introduce cutting-edge automation technologies.
- Drive Insights: Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and uncover trends to guide decision-making.
- Lead Change: Train and support staff on new systems, while championing continuous improvement.
- Stay Ahead: Keep Dexter at the forefront of industrial automation by monitoring industry trends and emerging tech.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to convert manual processes into automated solutions within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies (PLCs, robotics, process control systems).
- Proficiency with engineering tools such as CAD and simulation software.
- Six Sigma Certification a plus.
