Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team in the United States. The Senior Accountant is a hands‑on, highly skilled accounting professional responsible for supporting the month‑end close, maintaining accurate financial records, processing AP, backup support for AR and cash application, managing sales and use tax compliance, and supporting cost and inventory accounting in a manufacturing environment. This role requires regular interaction with operations, production, and warehouse teams to validate transactions, investigate variances, and ensure accurate reporting. The Senior Accountant serves as the Director of Accounting's primary partner in delivering timely, accurate, and audit‑ready financial statements in a lean, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4–8 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP.
- Experience with month‑end close and reconciliations.
- Hands‑on experience with AP, AR, and cash processing.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a lean team environment.
Preferred:
- Manufacturing or inventory‑based industry experience.
- Epicor Kinetic or similar ERP experience.
- Avalara or other tax automation tools.
