About the Role Dexter is hiring a CDL Flatbed Driver for a regional dedicated routes delivering trailer parts and products to our customers. This position offers steady work, well-maintained equipment, and a schedule that gets you home nights and weekends. What You’ll Be Doing Run a dedicated regional route delivering to Dexter customers in IL, IN, and WI but home nights and weekends. Safely operate an automatic day cab pulling 48’ or 53’ flatbeds with no tarping Secure, transport, and deliver trailer parts and products on time Record cargo delivered and complete required logs Inspect tractor and trailer before and after each run and report any issues Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, road conditions, or incidents Follow all DOT, federal, state, and company safety regulations Take required rest breaks and drive safely in varying conditions Pay includes miles, drops, and hourly components What We’re Looking For 21 years of age or older Valid Class A CDL At least 1 year of commercial driving experience (manual experience required) Flatbed experience preferred Clean driving record (no DWI/DUI in the last 3 years) Knowledge of DOT and truck driving regulations Ability to handle long driving days when needed Why Work at Dexter?
