JOB DETAILS:
- Inspect and repair Dexter components at our OEM customer locations.
- Inspect and repair Dexter axles and components on retail customer units.
- Identify and document quality concerns where appropriate, report findings to the Dexter quality team.
- Manage appropriate levels of service stock parts to support field operations.
- Ensure a clean, organized and safe service truck at all times.
- Adherence to all Dexter safety standards at all times.
- Provide on-site service support for OEM customer rallies.
- Assist Dexter’s lab and R&D teams with testing and development activities as needed.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Warranty Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent studies.
5 Years Experience in mechanical repairs
Chauffeur’s license required
Strong customer service skills
Basic mechanical repair knowledge
Basic knowledge of tool operation
10% travel as needed; daily area travel via service truck
Ability to lift 50#
