Duties

• Develop and deploy comprehensive identity management strategies utilizing Microsoft Entra ID to enhance security posture.
• Configure and manage access policies, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and conditional access rules to protect sensitive information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Entra ID with various cloud services, applications, and on-premises systems.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and troubleshoot issues related to identity access to ensure optimal operation.
• Stay current with emerging trends in quantum engineering that could impact identity security protocols and recommend proactive measures.
• Document processes, create detailed reports, and provide training to stakeholders on best practices for identity management.
• Participate in incident response planning and execute security measures during potential or actual security breaches involving digital identities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Entra ID or similar IAM solutions within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of identity federation, access management principles, and security frameworks.
• Knowledge of quantum engineering concepts as they relate to cryptography and data protection is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and educating users on security protocols.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technology landscapes and incorporate innovative solutions into existing systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field; relevant certifications preferred. Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
