Background
DSCU is the Department of Defense's primary Security Cooperation educational institution. Its mission is to advance the knowledge and practice of Security Cooperation through education, training, workforce development, advising, research, analysis, and lessons learned.
Dexis, in collaboration with DSCU, is seeking Security Cooperation SMEs to assist in planning for, and implementing, institutional capacity building (ICB) engagements with emerging partner nations in the pursuit of mutually agreed-upon institutional capacity building objectives. These security cooperation engagements will typically be for short-term technical assistance, with the focus for each engagement being tailored to the needs of the country and to mutually agreed upon objectives. Engagements may also include curriculum development, exercise design, and workshop facilitation. Travel may be required as part of these engagements.

- Security Governance
- Defense Management
- Operational Planning
- Resource Management

- Cybersecurity
- Human Capital Oversight
- Professional Military Education
- Partner Nation Institutional Capacity Building
- Master’s degree or higher;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the requisite subject matter expertise;
- Ability to produce high-quality reports in English;
- Experienced in providing detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues;
- Experience working with high level officials;
- Experience working within the Department of Defense (DOD);
- Familiarity with security cooperation initiatives;
- Minimum DOD secret clearance.
