Title: Content Writer/Editor II

Location: Jersey City, NJ 07310
Pay Rate: $50.00 - $51.42 Hourly
Hybrid Role – 2 days a week in office
Job Overview:
Write clear, concise, and accurate internal communications that may include intranet articles, executive announcements, newsletters, employee spotlights, and digital signage content.
• Edit, proofread, and format content to align with approved guidance, brand standards, and tone of voice.
• Publish communications across internal channels including the intranet, email, and Viva Engage, ensuring quality control and timely posting.
• Collaborate with internal partners to collect information, confirm accuracy, and secure required approvals before distribution.
• Adapt and repurpose existing content for different digital channels.
• Maintain editorial calendars and support consistent delivery of updates to employees.
• Multimedia and light video editing skills are beneficial.
• Requires strong writing and editing skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments under deadline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.
