- Proven experience in managing technical programs within a large-scale, critical operations environment (e.g., data centers, network operations centers, manufacturing).
- Proactively identifies challenges and serves as the first point of contact for technical L&D escalations, using strong technical aptitude to provide initial troubleshooting and support.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level, translating high-level goals into actionable plans and managing day-to-day execution.
- Exceptional Relationship Builder: Excels at building and maintaining positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders across all demographics, regions, time zones, and countries globally.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines with precision.
