Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume, entry-level positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and meet hiring goals
• Source and screen qualified candidates using active and passive recruiting methods
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Manage candidate information and activity within the ATS
• Track recruiting goals, metrics, and hiring progress
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners
• Communicate regularly with new hires to ensure a smooth transition
• Identify ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
• Experience working with an ATS
• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt to change
• 1 years of recruiting or staffing experience
• Experience with high-volume recruiting
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Experience tracking recruiting metrics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable learning and using new technology and recruiting tools
