Position Details
- Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

- Business Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
· Own full life cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions in all functions and levels of the company
· Execute sourcing strategies aligned with business function talent needs utilizing new or existing sourcing channels
· Establish talent networks to build immediate and long-term diverse local, regional or national candidate pipelines
· Facilitate comprehensive, compliant selection process
· Ensure talent acquisition processes and best practices are executed
· Establish and maintain strong relationships within HR, with the Senior Leadership Team and across business leader network
· Report on key metrics pertaining to time, cost and quality of hire; recruitment bench; sourcing; candidate and manager satisfaction
· Facilitate consistent hiring and on-boarding practices
· Establish best in class candidate and hiring manager experience
· All other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree is required.

- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, universities, and industry networks to generate a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws during all recruitment activities while managing contracts and employee orientation procedures.
- Lead employer branding initiatives via social media management and other outreach efforts to enhance our talent acquisition presence.
- Support succession planning initiatives by identifying internal talent for future leadership roles.
- Provide ongoing training & development for hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and candidate evaluation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role within a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of technical recruiting processes across software development, engineering, IT infrastructure, and related fields.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP or Kronos is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to manage candidate expectations effectively.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law principles relevant to recruiting practices across multiple regions.
- Experience in leveraging social media management tools for employer branding and lead generation.
- Ability to conduct research on market trends and competitor hiring strategies to optimize sourcing efforts.
- Familiarity with HR tools such as Salesforce, ADP, UltiPro, Paychex, and Workday for employee data management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in candidate evaluation and documentation.
