Job Location: Charlotte, NC | Irving, TX | Virginia (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)
Required Qualifications
- 12–15 years of overall professional experience
- 3–4 years of banking or financial services experience
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies
- Experience designing and deploying Agentic AI solutions in production environments
- Strong background in product ownership or end-to-end product delivery
- Experience working closely with business and operations stakeholders to design AI-enabled workflows
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI integration and workflow orchestration
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of Agentic AI solutions across banking operations
- Design intelligent AI workflows to automate business processes and decision support
- Partner with operations teams to identify AI opportunities and convert business processes into scalable AI solutions
- Build reusable AI agents, prompt templates, and workflow components
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver secure, enterprise-grade AI products
- Define business KPIs, ROI models, and value realization metrics for AI initiatives
- Drive AI adoption through stakeholder engagement, governance, and best practices
- Manage product roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and delivery throughout the product lifecycle
