Job Title: Marketing Finance & Operations Specialist

Duration: 12 Months Contract Possibility of Extension/FTE

Location: New York, NY 10119

Pay Rate: $48.00 - $50.35 hourly

JOB SUMMARY:

Serve as the primary Finance Operations contact for the Marketing organization – inclusive of Paid Media, Earned & Owned and the internal Creative team.

Track budgets, accruals, commitments, and spend against approved plans, providing visibility into budget performance and potential risks.

Manage financial operations for all paid media (national and retailer media), creative, and agency partners, including PO management, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking.

Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows, improve visibility, and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting support, procurement operations, business operations, or a related field.

Experience managing purchase orders, invoices, budget tracking, accruals, and financial reconciliations.

Preferred:

Experience supporting marketing organizations within consumer-packaged goods (CPG), retail, or related industries.

Familiarity with SAP or similar procurement and financial systems.

Familiarity with media buying processes, agency compensation models, and media reconciliations.
