Join our Customer Operations Recruiting Team and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience. In this fast-paced, high-impact position, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders across our contact center organization to attract and hire top talent. Your work will directly influence our ability to scale and support business success.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers—owning intake, advising on talent strategy, and driving aligned hiring plans
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, non-exempt contact center roles with a strong focus on quality and speed
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment to role and culture
- Coordinate and schedule interviews; lead debrief and consensus meetings to support hiring decisions
- Present and negotiate offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience through close
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (HR, business teams, and recruiting peers) to streamline processes and mitigate risk
- Maintain data accuracy and process excellence across all recruiting activities
- Navigate ambiguity and solve problems proactively while meeting time-to-fill goals
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (high-volume recruiting preferred)
- Strong ability to influence and build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Experience developing and executing recruiting strategies and sourcing plans
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
