💼 About the Role Join our client as a Construction Safety Manager on cutting-edge hyperscale data center builds. This is a high-impact advisory role where you’ll coach, influence, and elevate safety performance across General Contractor (GC) teams—without direct oversight. Your expertise will shape the safety culture of some of the most advanced data centers in the world.
đź“Ś Key Responsibilities
- Ensure GC compliance with global safety policies and SPS documentation
- Lead site safety observations and deliver actionable insights
- Integrate safety into project execution during planning meetings
- Coach GC leadership on hazard prevention and best practices
- Collaborate across construction, quality, environmental, and supply chain teams
- Drive continuous improvement through benchmarking and innovation
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 10 years in construction safety management (hyperscale data center experience preferred)
- Strong command of OSHA standards
- Expertise in incident investigation & root cause analysis
- CHST, CSP, or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional communication & stakeholder engagement skills
