Job Title: Fraud Risk Project Manager
Pay range: $40 - 44/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mid-to-high complexity projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with Financial Crimes strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing guidance on business needs, risks, and strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support change management and seamless project implementation.
- Identify issues, trends, and opportunities using data analysis and strategic insight to drive business decisions.
- Document business requirements, support testing, and manage performance tracking and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
- Apply standard project management methodologies to deliver effective, scalable solutions.
- Support development of strategic plans and execution roadmaps, ensuring initiatives deliver intended business value.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proven expertise in project management, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and influence skills.
- Experience in banking and/or fraud risk management is strongly preferred.
Salary : $40 - $44
