Job Title: Fraud Risk Project Manager

Pay range: $40 - 44/hr

Duration: 12 Month Contract (can extend up to 24 months)

Location: Jacksonville,FL

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mid-to-high complexity projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with Financial Crimes strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing guidance on business needs, risks, and strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support change management and seamless project implementation.
• Identify issues, trends, and opportunities using data analysis and strategic insight to drive business decisions.
• Document business requirements, support testing, and manage performance tracking and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
• Apply standard project management methodologies to deliver effective, scalable solutions.
• Support development of strategic plans and execution roadmaps, ensuring initiatives deliver intended business value.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proven expertise in project management, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and influence skills.
• Experience in banking and/or fraud risk management is strongly preferred.
