Project Estimator

Job Overview:

Are you passionate about estimating and construction? We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and driven Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Estimator to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for developing, quantifying, and providing complete capital expenditure models to evaluate projects. You’ll work closely with multiple departments, contribute to the cost estimation process, and gain valuable experience in the power and renewables sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare capital cost estimates for various projects.
• Review designs and specifications for cost-effectiveness and recommend alternatives when appropriate.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and the most efficient use of resources.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and market pricing to ensure accurate and up-to-date estimates.
• Assist in the development and implementation of metrics for cost and construction estimates.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Entry-level experience in estimating, construction, or project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil), Construction Science, or Construction Management.
• 1 year of experience in estimating or construction, particularly on large, heavy civil projects.
• Experience or strong interest in the power and renewables market sector is a plus.
