What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operational Project Manager / Chief of Staff position at Dexian?
Role: Operational Project Manager / Chief of Staff
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months to start with (Contract to Hire)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project financials, project plans, and tracking activities using internal tools
- Ensure team members have proper system access, time entry access, and are aligned to the correct projects
- Support hiring manager with administrative and operational tasks, including environment/tool transitions
- Coordinate and oversee operational activities across teams and stakeholders
- Prepare materials and updates for weekly meetings with business partners
- Assist in driving operational governance and ensuring follow-through on assigned tasks
- Work closely with technical teams and maintain awareness of SDLC processes
- Take ownership of ad hoc operational and administrative responsibilities as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Operations, or Operational Project Management roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable handling administrative and operational responsibilities
- Exposure to SDLC and experience working with technical teams
- Background in Financial Services, Banking, or large enterprise environments is required
