Job Description
- The need for the support is due to the yearly mailing request to all retail partners in the month of November, resulting in an increase of volume.
- The contractors may be moved to support a peer team focused on the tax season after about 3 months, but job responsibilities will remain similar.
- This is independent work, need individuals to support production goals.
- Doing research within company system of record to attempt to find a better address for the customers, this is a response to the bounce back in wrong address that is received.
- The search is within the company system of record to find a correct address for a customer.
- An example: Working with credit card accounts to find potential for a better address in the system.
Salary : $18
