Job Title: Accounts Payable Analyst/Lease Admin Analyst
Location: Walnut Creek CA
Duration: 4 months Contract to Hire
Shift: M-F 8am to 5pm (fully onsite)
Pay Range: $29 - $31/hr.
Summary
- As a Finance Analyst, you will apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Resource's typical working day:
Junior role
Managing on a bi weekly basis AP packages for the client Approval for invoices, coding on those invoices in the system Lease administration CAM reconciliations- annually occurs in Jan for the previous year- goes from Jan to June After that a little more project based
Must Have Skills:
Strong finance and accounting, reconciliation skills Very good demeanour Professional appearance Professional communication Excel Working with large data sets Looking for someone enthusiastic Need to be able to work independently Intermediate math skills and problem solving skills
Nice to have skills:
Any kind of lease administration experience
Years of Experience:
Pretty junior role
Preference would be year or 2 of experience
Education
Prefer bachelor's degree
Software skills: Excel
