What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infrastructure Architect position at Dexian?
Job Location: Chandler, AZ (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)
- Strong experience designing and supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Operational Resiliency, or Technology Recovery programs.
- Experience developing and executing infrastructure recovery testing, failover testing, and restoration exercises.
- Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure components including:
- Compute Platforms
- Storage Systems
- SAN/Fabric Technologies
- Enterprise Networking
- Backup and Recovery Solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, hybrid cloud solutions, and cloud recovery strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and driving remediation initiatives.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, executives, risk partners, and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mainframe infrastructure knowledge (z/OS, Mainframe Storage, Mainframe Recovery, or related technologies).
- Experience supporting Enterprise Critical Infrastructure (ECI) or other mission-critical environments.
- Knowledge of network architecture, storage architecture, and infrastructure dependency mapping.
- Experience with enterprise backup, replication, and recovery technologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and operational risk frameworks within large financial institutions.
- Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
