Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

FP&A Manager - Hybrid in Austin

We are assisting one of our clients in identifying an FP&A Manager to join their growing finance team. This role will support financial planning, forecasting, strategic analysis, and business performance initiatives while partnering closely with leadership to drive informed decision-making and organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis across the organization.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, growth initiatives, and strategic investments.
• Assist with acquisition-related analysis, due diligence, and integration activities.
• Prepare management reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics for leadership.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, forecasting accuracy, and overall financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, transaction advisory, or a similar role.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
• Ability to communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment preferred.
• CPA or CFA Preferred
