Job Title: Experienced Accountant
Location: La Vista, NE 68128 and Scottsdale, AZ 85255
Duration: FTE
Salary Range: $80,000 – $85,000 Annually with bonus
Responsibilities:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities through preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
- Perform fluctuation analyses on balance sheet and income statement accounts and provide explanations to leadership
- Maintain the general ledger to ensure accuracy of accounting records and financial reporting
- Support internal and external audits by preparing support and responding to inquiries and requests
- Assist with process improvements and implementation of accounting best practices to improve control environment
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies in processes and journal entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, track metrics/results, and resolve accounting issues
