Event Marketing Manager

The Events Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events—primarily in-person, but occasionally digital (e.g., webinars). This role spans from project ownership to hands-on event execution, ensuring high-quality experiences for prospective software customers and internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

1. Plan and execute physical events such as tradeshows, seminars, conferences, and internal meetings (e.g., sales kick-offs).

2. Occasionally support digital events like webinars, in collaboration with relevant teams.

3. Partner with Commercial Marketing and Product teams to ensure event content and messaging align with business goals.

4. Manage all event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, booth design, and on-site execution.

5. Lead cross-functional teams through event planning cycles, from ideation to post-event wrap-up.

6. Track event performance and provide clear reporting on attendance, engagement, and ROI.

7. Ensure consistent branding and customer experience across all event touchpoints.

8. Continuously improve event processes and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Master’s degree

2. Proven experience in managing physical events from strategy to execution.

3. Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

5. Financial acumen and experience managing event budgets.

6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

8. Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments.

Experience Level: At least 5 years of experience with managing events.
