Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join a paid Series 7 & Series 63 licensing program within a leading Wealth Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals interested in finance, investing, and client relationship management.
Selected candidates will be compensated while completing a structured 12-week program to obtain their SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses, setting the foundation for a long-term career in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured licensing program and successfully pass required exams
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and Financial Advisors
- Handle inbound calls and assist with client inquiries related to accounts and portfolios
- Educate clients on investment platforms and digital tools
- Review portfolio holdings and discuss investment strategies aligned with client goals
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear, easy-to-understand guidance
- Maintain high accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Continuously develop knowledge of financial products and industry trends
Training & Development

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
