Content Management Specialist
Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Content Management Specialist responsible for overseeing the publication, maintenance, and optimization of digital content across multiple platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
The Content Management Specialist will utilize content management systems (CMS) to manage content lifecycles, improve engagement, and support organizational goals. Strong content management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for maintaining high-quality content that drives audience growth and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Publishing: Manage the end-to-end publishing process, including gathering assets, formatting, and ensuring timely, error-free publication.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to acquire necessary assets and prepare content for publication.
- Systems Management: Maintain accuracy within multiple CMS platforms and internal systems; manage project set-up and routine queries.
- Quality Assurance & Process: Conduct thorough quality control, manage centralized version control, and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained prior to publication.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with support staff to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate editorial concerns as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of professional content entry experience
- 1 years of CMS authoring preferred (Editorial background is an asset. Coding experience is not necessary).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Communication & Flexibility: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to accept constructive feedback.
- Strong teamwork skills are essential.

Salary : $62,000 - $68,000
