About the Role:
Join a fast-paced product team shaping how millions of users stay informed, engaged, and secure. We're looking for a UX Writer / Content Designer who can craft clear, impactful messaging across servicing notifications, alerts, and authentication flows.
What You’ll Do
- Write concise, user-centered content for high-visibility, time-sensitive communications.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering to ensure clarity and consistency across the experience.
- Elevate authentication flows with intuitive, trustworthy messaging.
- Support A/B testing, user research, and content performance insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years in UX writing, content design, copywriting, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, content design, and information architecture.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: experience with bulk notifications, alerts, authentication content, CMS tools, Figma, or Miro.
