Construction Project Scheduler

📍 Location: Goodyear AZ (Onsite)

🕒 Contract Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and resource strategies for large-scale data center construction.
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction partners.
• Establish, monitor, and report on the project critical path.
• Lead Interactive Planning Sessions (IPS) with discipline leads, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve schedule or execution issues.
• Provide regular schedule forecasts, progress reports, and executive-level updates.
• Ensure compliance with owner policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously while meeting schedule and quality objectives.

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

• 8 years of experience as a Planner and/or Scheduler using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Proven experience supporting data center construction programs (ground-up preferred).
• Solid understanding of:
• Critical Path Method (CPM)
• Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Schedule forecasting and trend analysis
• Ability to analyze EPC schedules and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data at both detailed and executive levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
