We are seeking three Configuration Analyst contractors to join our Ohio field operations.
This role functions as advanced deskside support with light network engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Test, refurbish, and upgrade hardware and software on field devices
Collaborate with Facilities to prepare and return equipment into the field
Accurately log test results and updates in internal databases
Maintain consistent onsite attendance and follow scheduled break times
Work effectively in a shared/open workspace environment
Qualifications:
Experience in deskside/technical support
Basic network engineering or device configuration skills
Strong attention to detail and low-error data entry
Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work onsite daily
