JOB SUMMARY
Role Overview
This role will support a blend of executive communications, change and transformation initiatives, and internal technology updates during a period of active technology and organizational change.
This is a hands-on role for a seasoned communications professional who can quickly understand complex topics, partner with senior leaders and technical teams, and deliver clear, effective communications across multiple channels.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in a professional communications role supporting internal, executive, organizational communications for technology, IT, or digital teams.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
- Experience supporting change initiatives, transformations, or large-scale programs
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration and communications tools (e.g., MS 365, Teams, SharePoint, intranet platforms)
- Ability to quickly understand and communicate technology related topics to non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, technical teams, and cross functional partners
- Comfort working in fast paced, evolving environments
- Ability to work in a hybrid onsite model
