Exciting Opportunity: Project Management Consultant (Level 1 – Associate)
We are hiring a Project Management Consultant to support electrical infrastructure and grid-related projects, including transmission, substation, and compliance-driven initiatives. 📍 Location: Juno Beach, FL (33408)
💰 Pay Rate: $35-$39/hr
📅 Duration: 12-month contract (with possible extension)
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Support execution of electrical, transmission, substation, and grid compliance projects
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and tracking tools (MS Project/Smartsheet)
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, vendors, and compliance teams
• Track risks, issues, costs, and support change management
• Prepare status reports, documentation, and meeting notes
• Participate in project meetings and occasional site visits
✅ Qualifications:
• 0–5 years of experience in project management, engineering support, or utility/energy projects
• Electrical Engineering degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
• Exposure to grid compliance, transmission lines, substations, or power infrastructure
• Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, and MS Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
⭐ Preferred:
• Utility or NERC-related project exposure
• Field experience with substations or transmission assets
• Consulting or contract-based project experience
