Analytics Consultant

• Build and support databases, query tools, dashboards, and BI/reporting platforms tailored to sales and client performance metrics.
• Develop customized reports, ad-hoc analyses, and advanced data visualizations using CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Partner with Sales, Client Management, and Performance Analytics teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Integrate and manage data from multiple sources including CRM systems, financial platforms, and operational databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• Must have skills:
• Strong ability to synthesize large datasets into executive-level summaries.
• Experience navigating complex data environments and integrating diverse data sources.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce.com.
