Job Description:
Position : Workfront Systems Administrator
Location : Remote
Pay Range: $40/hr - $45/hr on W2
Duration: 12 months
Position Summary
As a key contributor, you'll lead the administration, optimization, and automation of the Adobe Workfront platform, driving efficiency and enhancing the delivery of marketing initiatives across diverse business lines. Required Skills:
- Expertise in Adobe Workfront administration, including user management, custom forms, and layout templates
- Proven experience designing and maintaining automated workflows, request queues, routing, and approval processes
- Strong knowledge of Workfront Fusion scenarios, API integrations, and automation tools
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Solid organizational and project management capabilities, with a focus on delivering timelines and managing priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues efficiently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification
- Experience in marketing project management, creative content development, or advertising agencies
- Familiarity with digital marketing workflows and brand compliance standards
Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams to align project objectives
