What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Device Technician position at Dexian DISYS?
Must be able to work 5 days on site in Washington, DC
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong foundation in technical support along with a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and skill development.
Key qualifications include:
- Proven experience in technical support / walk-in support environments
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support end users effectively
- Experience with mobile device management and asset lifecycle processes
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 and Excel-based reporting
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously maintain/upskill technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working at Apple or with iphone/iOS devices in an enterprise technical support setting would be nice to have.
