IT Desktop Support Technician

Overview:
Provide end-user technology support for a highly interactive Austin office, handling tickets submitted via phone, walk-ups, and the ticketing system.
Support includes laptops/desktops, mobile devices, printers, O365 tools, collaboration apps, and AV/Teams rooms.
You'll serve as the sole onsite technician, supported remotely and paired initially with a senior tech for training.
Responsibilities:
Resolve issues for Windows 10/11, macOS, Dell laptops, and MAC/IOS devices.
Support O365, SharePoint, OneDrive, WebEx, and approved third-party apps.
Use Intune and Jamf to manage devices; navigate Azure and analyze logs.
Perform basic network troubleshooting.
Assist with AV and MS Teams room setups.
Handle a share of ~100-200 daily tickets across a 40-person team.
Requirements:
Strong experience with Windows, macOS, Dell hardware, and MAC/IOS devices.
Proficiency with Intune, Jamf, Azure navigation, and basic networking.
Excellent communication and people skills - outgoing and adaptable to a friendly, high-interaction office culture.
Able to work independently as the onsite point of contact.
