What are the responsibilities and job description for the Change Manager - AI Application Rollout position at Dexian DISYS?
Must be local to Washington, DC. Required 2-4 days onsite per week
Overview:
We are seeking a high-impact Change Management Lead to support the rollout of an AI-native application replacing the existing platform. This initiative is on an aggressive timeline and requires a strong leader to drive adoption, engagement, and successful implementation across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management strategy and execution for application rollout
- Drive change adoption initiatives, ensuring end-user readiness and engagement
- Partner with PMO to align on program delivery, timelines, and communications
- Develop and execute engagement plans, including soft and hard UAT preparation
- Support Release 1 rollout, ensuring strong adoption across all user groups
- Coordinate activation across regions
- Collaborate with change workstream leads to deliver cohesive adoption strategy
- Leverage tools such as Viva Engage to drive communication and user engagement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in change management for large-scale technology deployments
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies (AI-focused preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse user groups
- Experience driving adoption in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated success influencing behavioral change and user engagement
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting large enterprise rollouts
- Exposure to AI-native applications or agent-based technologies
- Background in adoption strategies for emerging technologies
