SAFe Project Manager / Scrum Master
Position Overview:
We are seeking a SAFe Project Manager to support Agile delivery within a scaled enterprise environment. This role will facilitate program increment (PI) planning, guide Agile teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring alignment across the Agile Release Train (ART).
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate PI Planning and support backlog readiness, ensuring clear and actionable team objectives
- Coach Agile teams on SAFe and Lean-Agile principles, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity and flow
- Collaborate across teams within the ART, participating in Scrum of Scrums to support program alignment
- Foster a transparent, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role within a scaled or enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of SAFe framework, including PI Planning and ART coordination
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification preferred; Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) a plus any SAFe certification.
- Experience with Agile/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Wrike, or similar)
- Background in software development or IT environments preferred
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
