Position Overview
The Account Coordinator supports project managers and field teams by ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal departments. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced restoration environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main administrative point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and communication between property managers, technicians, and project managers.
- Review work orders, estimates, and job progress to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Prepare invoices, collect documentation, and support billing and closeout processes.
- Track open projects and follow up on outstanding items (photos, receipts, client signatures, etc.).
- Maintain client satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Assist with insurance documentation and compliance recordkeeping.
- Support company initiatives for safety, communication, and quality control.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property restoration, construction, or a related administrative support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms (Salesforce or JobNimbus preferred).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
Preferred
- Experience with insurance restoration documentation (scope sheets, photos, estimates, job costing).
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software. Xactimate or other restoration estimating software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
