- Knowledge of construction methods and best practices across concrete work, masonry, landscaping, or site development, with a focus on quality control and efficiency.
- Proficiency with project documentation, basic estimating support, and use of construction management or scheduling software.
- Commitment to safety, with experience implementing and monitoring job site safety procedures and compliance with relevant regulations.
