Position Overview
This is a growth-oriented, development-focused role for a motivated individual eager to learn and contribute to ECM software implementation and support. The position involves:
- Workflow Design using DocStar ECM for AP Automation, HR document management, and other back-office processes.
- Technical Support for ECM applications, starting with basic tasks and evolving into more complex responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master DocStar ECM workflow tools.
- Design and configure rules-based workflows for customer implementations.
- Provide technical support, including user setup, client installation, and troubleshooting.
- Engage with customers via remote tools (Teams, VPN).
- Conduct software training and present solution deliverables.
- Log time and activities in ConnectWise for project tracking and billing.
- Participate in Agile-style team meetings twice weekly.
- Collaborate with team members to share progress, challenges, and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with software applications (installation, configuration, support, training).
- Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and be available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.
- Experience with or willingness to learn ConnectWise.
- Basic understanding of SQL, REGEX, ODBC, and connection strings (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, reliability, motivation, patience, and teamwork.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in ECM or document management systems.
- Exposure to AP Automation or HR document workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and remote collaboration tools.
