Business Development Representative
Position Overview
The Business Development Associate plays a key role in generating new business opportunities by establishing relationships with senior-level leaders across Fortune 500 companies. This position is responsible for introducing DB&A’s consulting solutions, creating interest in the organization’s services, and scheduling meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales within assigned territories. This is a full-time, onsite role located at the corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
Compensation Structure
- Base salary of $53,000 during the initial 90-day training period
- Compensation growth opportunities based on performance and career advancement after 90 days:
- $55,000 – Business Development Representative
- $61,000 – Business Development Manager
- $85,000 – Business Development Specialist
- Additional earnings of $200–$300 per qualified and completed meeting
- Unlimited commission potential

Work Schedule
- Flexible scheduling with multiple shift options and adjustable start times

Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional representative and ambassador of the DB&A brand
- Communicate the organization’s consulting model and value proposition to executive-level decision-makers
- Coordinate, schedule, and confirm meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales
- Research target organizations and maintain accurate prospect information within the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily activity and performance expectations
- Monitor, track, and report outreach metrics and results
- Prioritize responsibilities effectively and manage workload efficiently
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous inside sales experience preferred, particularly in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to succeed in B2B sales
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Experience using CRM platforms; Salesforce experience preferred
- Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
