The Customer Service Representative’s primary focus is managing the success of the relationship with our customers, and to achieve the goals and objectives of the customer and our DeWitt Move Worldwide team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
$25-$30 per hour DOE.

- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on services.
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the Representative’s
- knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proven ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Working in a networked environment using Windows and/or Windows like interface using Microsoft office suite such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook at a proficient level
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years’ experience in Household Goods Moving
- Transportation and moving experience required
- Sitting and typing for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 20 unassisted
$25-$30 per hour DOE.
