As an Ambassador, you will represent our establishment and provide exceptional customer service to all guests. Your role will involve assisting customers, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during service
- Support bussing and sanitization activities as needed
Qualifications
- Strong math skills for handling transactions
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a restaurant or quick-service fast-food restaurant is a plus
- Familiarity with cash register operation and cash handling procedures
- Ability to sanitize work areas regularly
