We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic real estate agents to join our firm and experience a culture of growth and stability while being surrounded by cutting-edge technology and resources.

- Prepare thoughtful analysis of clients’ properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV), market comparables, and research
- Meet with clients and potential clients to discuss business opportunities
- Coordinate and facilitate listing appointments
- Research local market activity and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Prospect new client relationships, and network with other industry professionals
- Negotiate exclusive listing agreements, leases, and purchase and sales agreements
- Professionally draft and present offers and LOIs on behalf of clients
- Participate in best-in-class training ongoing skills-development workshops, and continued education
