Responsibilities
- Senior Project Manager responsible for c ollaborating and managing design teams in all aspects of a given project including stormwater, grading and full utilities design to develop detailed construction plans.
- Master of modeling of both utilities and drainage systems.
- Responsible to review and oversee all associated calculations, reports and spreadsheets.
- Senior Project Manager responsible for client relationship management and marketing for new services.
- Responsible to prepare scope and fee determinations for proposed engineering services.
- Effectively manage projects from conception through construction completion.
- Attend field meetings with contractors and clients.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering is required.
- Alabama PE required.
- 10 years of progressive experience in the design and construction of land development projects.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
- Background in the higher education and/or energy market is a plus.
- Ability to effectively work and interact with clients, maintain project budgets and schedules.
- Ability to provide technical expertise to design team.
- Experience with AutoCAD or Microstation and Microsoft office is required.
- Experience and proficient with Water Gems, Sewer Gems, and ICPR.
