With 4 years of progressive technical experience, you will play a crucial role in assisting Project and Client Managers, aligning projects with clients' needs and budgets across diverse sectors, including private, public, and federal projects. Your expertise will enable you to collaborate closely with architects, electrical engineers, structural experts, and various disciplines, delivering innovative solutions that make a real difference to our local and regional clients.

Responsibilities
Would be expected to provide the following to others on the design team to effectively and successfully complete projects:
- Technical guidance and quality oversight, including code review, of all project work involving mechanical engineering.
- Technical training and development of staff.
- Establishing and improving standards, practices, guidelines, and specifications for mechanical discipline area.
- Engineer of Record.
- Provide 'on-the-spot' advice and decisions - technical and cost estimates.
- Coordination with all of the disciplines involved, including outside consultants.
- Technical interface with code officials and contractors.
- Accomplished mechanical engineer/PE
- 4 years of progressive technical experience in the design of mechanical systems for healthcare projects
- Experience should include technical oversight of multiple projects with proven success, providing technical oversight on projects that meet contract specifications and technical standards to the client on time and within budget
- Self-motivated with highly developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Well organized, takes good notes
