Dewberry has an immediate opening for a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer experienced in water and wastewater planning, design and construction phase engineering services in our Parsippany, NJ office. The successful candidate will collaborate and work within multi-disciplined teams for the planning, evaluation and design of water and wastewater system improvements, including: pump stations, pipelines, storage tanks, and treatment facilities. Perform technical discipline tasks including research, reports, design, specifications, and plan preparation for water and wastewater projects.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 4-6 years of related experience. Specific experience preparing reports and design plans and specifications for water and wastewater system projects in NJ / NY, including pipelines, pump stations, tanks, and treatment facilities.
• NJ PE License strongly preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Experience with hydraulic modeling including experience with WaterCAD and SewerCAD strongly preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD (AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus)
• Familiar with GIS software.
• Experience coordinating engineering work and interfacing with other engineering and support disciplines.
• Experience interfacing with clients and developing client relationships.
• Willingness to travel, as some travel may be required.
• Driving is a requirement of the position. A clean driving record is required.

The projected range for this position is $97,038 to $124,763 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. These ranges are for Parsippany only.
